Headquartered in Miromar Lakes, Florida, H2 Home Watch serves clients throughout Miromar Lakes, Estero, Fort Myers, North Naples and Bonita Springs. We are licensed, bonded, insured and are an Accredited Member of the National Home Watch Association (NHWA) and Florida Home Watch Association. We are also Certified Home Watch Professionals with the NHWA. Our firm specializes in regularly scheduled visits of our clients’ unoccupied homes to inspect and make sure nothing is wrong or in need of coordination of licensed professionals to solve any problems that may arise. We provide homewatch and home concierge services, we are not a house sitter.

Whether you’re a snowbird and out of town for several months or just a homeowner going on vacation for a couple weeks, our homewatch visits will not only make sure your home is safe and secure with everything functioning properly, but we will also help coordinate any outside licensed services that need to be done. We will stay at your home to oversee while any work and/or repairs are being done to make sure you are getting quality service and what you paid for is getting completed. We are your advocate while you’re not at home.

We will take care of watching over your home just as we do for our own home. We had been clients of other homewatch services companies in the past, and wanted to start our own with transparency and integrity that will last for our own children to take over one day. We saw how valuable a professional, reputable homewatch service was as it saved us a lot of money by preventing major issues at our home when we were seasonal residents.

We know what it’s like living in Southwest Florida and having to deal with mold, pests and worst of all, hurricanes! This is exactly why we do what we do - you won’t have to stress and fear the unknown with any of this. We visit your home and methodically inspect the entire outside and inside, room by room, to look for any obvious issues. We communicate with you on a realtime basis to keep you informed so you don’t have to fear the worst, which we know firsthand is imperative particularly during hurricanes.

H2 uses industry-leading software to keep you informed of each home visit, providing pictures, checklists and real-time communications via e-mail, or text (whichever you prefer) so that you are up to speed immediately upon services being completed. H2 wants to make your experience with home watch as seamless and easy as possible for you. The whole point is for you to be able to enjoy your time on vacation or up north and not have to worry about your home down here in Southwest Florida.
