Homewatch
Tyler’s experience in residential construction provides us with a unique perspective on inspections of your home. We go above and beyond the typical homewatch provider to look for any potential issues!
Services include but are not limited to:
Visual inspections of entire property, inside and outside
General security checks including all doors and windows and security alarm systems
Water leaks / mold and moisture checks
Check for any pest problems or infestation, inside and outside of the house
HVAC system, all home electronics and systems
Test all appliances to ensure functionality
Run dishwasher and washer/dryer periodically
Check and replace lightbulbs
Confirm all cable / internet / TVs working
Pool equipment, water level and lanai screens are all in working order
Run all sink faucets, showers and toilets
Empty mailbox
Start vehicles periodically to keep battery healthy
Concierge
Services include but are not limited to:
Coordinate repair and maintenance services
Give access of home to vendors/utilities/cable and remain onsite until finished to ensure security
Accept packages / large deliveries
Prep home for renters or return of homeowners
Grocery delivery ahead of renter/homeowner arrival
Cleaning services
Drive vehicle if necessary (to enhance battery life)
Other
Hurricane preparation
Post-storm damage assessment and help with coordination of repair
